(KSL News) -- Drivers traveling on Interstate 80 this afternoon could have trouble with their commute.
UDOT says crews have started construction on I-80 near 700 East. Orange barrels have narrowed traffic down to one lane, which has created some back-up, all the way west, near State Street.
Construction is scheduled to last through the end of the week.
