Cities throughout the state have announced where and when to enjoy the shows on Independence Day and the weekend leading up to the holiday. Check out our list to get an idea of where to watch fireworks:

Friday, July 1

Logan: Gates open at 7 p.m. Entertainment begins at 8 p.m. and fireworks at dusk at USU Maverik Stadium, 1000 N. 800 East

Salt Lake City: After the Salt Lake Bees game at Smith's Ballpark, 77 W. 1300 South. Tickets start at $10.

Sandy: After the Real Salt Lake game at Rio Tinto Stadium, 9256 S. State St. Tickets start at $30.

West Bountiful City: Dusk at City Park, West 1600 North

Scofield: 10 p.m. for fireworks on the lake

Tooele: 8 p.m. after the Lonestar Concert at Tooele High Football Stadium, 301 W. Vine St. Tickets are $5.

Monday, July 4

Blanding: 10 p.m. at Centennial Park, 900 S. 300 West

Brian Head: 10 p.m. at Brian Head Resort, 329 Highway 143

Brigham City: Dusk at Rees Pioneer Park, 800 W. Forest Street

Clearfield: 10 p.m. at Fisher Park, 920 S. 1000 East

Delta: Demolition derby at 7 p.m. and fireworks following at 10 p.m at the Millard county Fairgrounds, 187 Manzanita Ave.

Holladay: Peter Breinholt Concert at 9 p.m. followed by fireworks at 10 p.m at Holladay City Hall, 4580 S. 2300 East.

Huntsville: 10 p.m. at Huntsville Town Park, 200 S. 7400 East

Hyrum: Entertainment runs from 8 - 10:30 p.m. with fireworks beginning at 10 p.m. It will be held at the soccer fields, 150 S. 800 East

Hurricane: 10 p.m. at the City Public Works Building with a view from the ball fields, 200 N. 600 West

Kanab: 9:30 p.m. at Jacob Hamblin Park, N. 100 East

Kaysville: 10 p.m. at Davis High School, 325 S. Main St.

Layton: 10 p.m. at the Ed Kenley Amphitheater, 403 N. Wasatch Drive

Lehi: 10 p.m. Fireworks will be set off from the north side of Thanksgiving Point property.

Lewiston: Dusk at the rodeo grounds

Liberty: Dusk at Liberty Park, state Route 162

Magna: 10 p.m. at Magna Copper Park, 2600 S. 8941 West

Manti: Live entertainment and fireworks at 8 p.m. at the Manti High School Stadium, 100 W. 500 North

Midway: 10 p.m. at Memorial Hill, 40 River Road

Moab: Dusk at Lions Back Campground, Sand Flats Road

Morgan: 10 p.m. at Riverside Park, 195 E. 125 North

Moroni: 10 p.m. at Center Street Ballpark

Mt. Pleasant: 10 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant City Park, 1000 S. State St.

Murray: 10 p.m. at Murray Park Softball Field, 296 E. Murray Park Ave.

North Ogden: 10 p.m. at Barker Park, 2375 N. Fruitland Drive

Oakley: After the PRCA rodeo at the Oakley Recreation Complex. Tickets are $15.

Park City: Dusk/9:30 p.m. at the Park City Base Area

[Pleasant Grove: Dusk at Discovery Park, 1550 N. 100 East Price: Dusk at Carbon County Fairgrounds, 450 S. Fairgrounds Road

Richfield: 9:30 p.m. in the west hills of Richfield.

Riverdale: Dusk at Riverdale Park, 4300 S. Parker Drive

Salt Lake City: 10 p.m. at Jordan Park, 1060 S. 900 West

Salt Lake City: 6 p.m. A backyard party thrown by the Salt Lake Bees at Smith's Ballpark, 77 W. 1300 South. Tickets are $10.

Sandy: 10 p.m. at South Towne Promenade, 10000 S. Centennial Parkway

St. George: 10 p.m. after the free concert at Dixie University Stadium 225 S. 700 East

Sugar House: 10 p.m. at Sugarhouse Park, 1330 E. 2100 South

Tropic: Dusk at Ruby's Inn, 26 S. Main St.

West Point City: Dusk at Loy Blake Park, 522 N. 3650 West

West Jordan: 10 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park, 1986 W. 7800 South
