CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Three New Mexico men have been indicted with crimes related to a shooting and robbery attempt at a Wyoming pharmacy.
Reports say the U.S. District Court of Wyoming indicted Moses Dickens, Christopher Dominguez and Antoine Mitchell, all of Albuquerque last week. The men are facing charges for crimes related to carjacking, robbery and use of firearms.
They could receive prison sentences from 85 years to life in prison.
According to a police news release, the men are suspects in a robbery attempt on a Cheyenne pharmacy last year. Police say the men arrived to the pharmacy in a stolen vehicle. The men left empty-handed after they got into a shoot-out with a pharmacist.
Reports say the men were arrested in New Mexico and also face charges from that state's U.S. District Court.
