TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) — A Twin Falls man faces a first-degree murder charge after authorities say he walked into a police station and confessed to strangling a 20-year-old Twin Falls woman.
Court documents obtained by The Times-News (http://bit.ly/2bD8sju) say that 44-year-old Glenn Joseph Tures on Wednesday entered the Twin Falls Police Department and on his own volition confessed to the killing.
Anessia Shaye Winterholer's body was found by a property manager on Sunday in a workshop.
Police say Tures told detectives specific details about the scene where the killing took place that turned out to be accurate.
Police didn't provide a motive for the killing, but note that Tures lives less than two blocks from where Winterholer's body was found.
