LAS VEGAS (AP) — A suspected robber didn't get far after stealing an SUV from a Las Vegas home only to crash it into a brick wall less than four miles away.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports (http://bit.ly/1THbmHJ ) that a man is accused of invading and robbing a west valley home on Thursday, then taking an SUV and fleeing.
Las Vegas police say as the man was escaping the robbed home in the stolen vehicle, he got in a minor wreck with another car about four miles away, continued driving and crashed into a wall in the front yard of another home.
Police have not released the name of the person arrested or the charges he may face.
