LAS VEGAS (AP) — The Clark County Coroner's office says the Las Vegas man shot and killed by police after a traffic stop and chase is 32-year-old Thomas Joseph McEniry.

Las Vegas Police released the names of the three officers who shot McEniry on Tuesday. The agency has said Kyle Prior, Robert Nord and Donald Sutton III fired after McEniry reached for a gun.

Police say the man refused to surrender after being chased into an apartment complex east of the Las Vegas Strip following an early morning traffic stop.

Prior and Nord have been Las Vegas police officers since 2008 and 2014 respectively. Both are 26 years old. Sutton joined the police department in November 2014 and is 32 years old.

All three are on routine paid leave while the shooting is reviewed.
