BOSTON (AP) — The White House Conference on Aging will hold its fifth and final regional forum in Boston this week.

The regional forums are an opportunity to hear directly from the public on issues such as promoting healthy aging, ensuring retirement security, providing long-terms services and supports, and protecting older Americans from financial exploitation, abuse and neglect.

Speakers will include: Sylvia Burwell, secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services; Lisa Ryerson, chief executive officer of the AARP Foundation; and U.S. Rep. Stephen Lynch.

The forum is scheduled for Thursday at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the U.S. Senate.
