Vegas police seek white sedan in fatal hit-and-run on Strip

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Las Vegas police are investigating the death of a pedestrian who was the victim of a hit-and-run accident on the Strip near the Mandalay Bay hotel-casino.

Investigators say the 34-year-old man was crossing Las Vegas Boulevard in a crosswalk near the corner of Four Seasons Drive just before 3 a.m. Saturday when he was struck by a southbound car.

Witnesses say the white sedan fled the scene.

The name of the victim has not been released.
