INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. (AP) — The Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival will feature an expanded two-show season in 2015.

Organizers have announced the festival's 43rd year will be headlined by productions of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet and the romantic musical, The Fantasticks.

The festival will offer live daily entertainment from July 10 through Aug. 23. It's held under the stars on Tahoe's north shore at Sand Harbor State Park near Incline Village.

Romeo and Juliet and The Fantasticks will be performed in rotating repertory by a single company of actors at 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays.

A Monday Night Showcase series will feature a diverse array of live music and entertainment. A complete lineup of events will be announced in the spring.

The festival annually draws more than 30,000 people from across the country.
