LAS VEGAS (AP) — Crews have rescued three hikers in the Red Rock National Conservation Area after the men were struck by boulders.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said in a Friday statement said officers responded to the White Rock trail Friday at about 7 a.m.
Helicopters brought two of the hikers to a hospital. The third did not have injuries critical enough for him be flown.
At about noon, crews responded to another call in the same area after a 21 year-old hiker fell into a ravine.
He was also brought to the hospital in a helicopter. Police did not release the names of the men or give details on their conditions Friday evening.
