CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery was 3.25 cents lower at $5.27 a bushel; May corn was 1.50 cents lower at $3.94 a bushel; May oats were unchanged at $2.6975 a bushel; while May soybeans gained 1.25 cents to $9.69 a bushel.
Beef was mostly higher and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle was .33 cent higher $1.5330 a pound; May feeder cattle was .05 cents higher at $2.1750 a pound; June lean hogs gained 1.35 cents to $.7690 a pound.
