Too bad, he should be locked up. He is a danger to himself and society. Why are jerks like this allowed to walk?
&^%$#%&%$.... I spent 4 hours there two weeks ago. Why could this have been one sooner?????
In any class of reasonable thinking or debate, your comment "THE Y ON THE MOUNTAIN IN PROVO IS ILLEGAL. Prove me wrong": would be considered a fallacious. The fact is the burden of proof lies on you> If you are going to make such a statement then it is up to you to prove your statement to be true.
I took some time to research and I could find nothing to support your claim. The "Y" is over 100 years old. It was made in 1906 and is nationally recognized. It is also the largest school emblem in the nation and is taller than the "Hollywood" sign in CA.
Another comment you make is also a fallacy. You sate, "This article exposing the fact that BYU also operates the MTC is profound". The fact is this article "exposes" nothing. It is common knowledge that the MTC is on BYU property and is managed by BYU. There is NOTHING illegal or unusual about this.
I lost my brother in a car accident many years ago. He was 17 at the time. This is too young to die. To the family - I am sorry for your loss...
Daisy very good points. Plus there is another aspect. From his perspective, he was "married" to this girl. If they were married and she consented, can it be called rape?
Is it rape if they were "married" and she consented?
