Good Job Aggies!
What I want to know is what it up with the crappy coverage? The aggies are playing great and all KSL does is post a little blurp about their win. You know if this was BYU KSL would be all over it. It's time we start giving USU the recognition it deserves and start honoring the True Blue!
I only disagree with you about one point of this law and that is the age group. If it is distracting to a teenager to talk on the phone it's going to be distracting for anyone of any age to talk on the cell phone.
I say pass the law for everyone or for no one.
On a personal note, I reached what I considered to be proficient level of driving abilities before I was 18. It's not too difficult to drive a car. It's the amount of attention required that is important here. As my skills increased the amount of attention remained constant. No matter how good one gets at driving, while driving a driver will always need to observe traffic, use their signal, change lanes, and maintain a defensive position.
Who even care about BYU. Aggies all the way!
I guess the phrase "protect and serve" has no meaning in the police force. If I was ruler of the universe I'd ask for the badges of those police officers that refuse to provide a simple escort to the bus tunnel below.
Then as far as that security company, that contract would have to be seriously modified if I was going to continue to employ that company. If my place of business can't be viewed as a place of safety where the customers know they can shop in peace there'd be a real problem with my business and my community.
Lastly for all those that have talked about self defence and being armed, I just have one saying for you:
"When it seconds that count, the police are only minutes away"
I disagree with the statement in the article about how Utah shouldn't be "sending a message" during budget troubles. That's a cowards excuse. Even if you know the bully is going to punch your nose flat, at least you can stay you stood up to him in the end.
I wonder if this had anything to do with the splitting of that college into 2 colleges???
