I am sorry you lost a family member, it is not an easy thing to deal with. I think however people have the right to post the comments they did. He not only performed an action that took his life, but that of someone else as well.
Two others have injuries that will affect them their whole lives, and the driver of the train is forever changed as well. So although some of our comments may seem callous during your time of grief, please understand it is only because we as a society are frusrated when someone broke the law and cost someone their life. There is nothing worth being is a hurry for over that.
Again we are sorry you lost someone you loved and hope you find peace.

Why????? This should have never happened, the arms were down. Could they not wait 20 seconds? Wow, I am saddened and angry at this. Look people, it is not worth the risk, if you are late you are late. Please do not risk your life or the lives of others.
The families of these people will forever be changed because of a bad error in judgement. I hope they one day find peace for what has happened.

Glad they were able to get this dirtbag off the street and into a cell. People like this who prey on others who have real jobs and worked for what they have deserve an extra penalty. Hope he gets to sit in prison till he is 70.

I think the officer did the right thing and am glad it saved us taxpayers a ton of money. They buried this dirtbag and we dont have to house him or feed him. Good job.
