Neither room would be safe, the second a dangerous perp walks in you have 50 people firing, someone other than the perp is bound to get injured or killed.
Either that or all the open carry would get caught in their own crossfire and kill each other.

Judging by all the comments here, I'd say it is a news story.
Can you imagine how Boylen would take to the media in the east. Our media here is very soft compared to that! The eastern media would eat him up and spit out.
