Yes it is the Senates business, they are the ones that bring stuff like this up to the Justice Department. Learn how the system works.
For all of you that thinks this takes up too much time and is a priority, it doesnt and isnt. The Senate brings up stuff like this as time allows in sessions and usually is at the very end and takes up about 15 to 20 minutes of the Senates time. They cover several dozens of things in a weeks time that we never hear about. People, learn how the system works!
