Actually none of those who aren't police or in an office of authority would get prison time. Since the crime is one of having relations with a person who you are or have authority over whether or not they consent. I assume the circumstances must have involved consent since he isn't being charged with forcible rape.

Trisha while I completely understand your feelings don't let the rabble of morons who partron this site effect your view of people as a whole. There seems to be an element of sophmoric toads that take joy from posting as ridiculous a post as they can just to manipulate a response. I think KSL could avoid most of the ridiculous comments if they required a credit card to be used to verify age because 90% of these knuckleheads can't be over 12yrs. old. That said this is a tragedy by any account. A woman lost her life, a husband lost a wife, and children lost a mom and that doesn't even count the shooters family. With respect and kindness I hope all those involved can eventually find an element of peace and comfort.

I am all for reasonable accountability when it comes to officers but do you honestly think this an appropriate forum to discuss your position? Please... The reaction is so over played. You don't think hair gets pulled, elbows get thrown, etc. in every college level athletic event? Blount from Oregon knocked a guy out in the post game handshakes, attacked a teamate, pushed and shoved police officers, and tried to into the stands to fight the crowd and he took less heat than this girl; and he's back on the roster. I think this reaction would be nothing if it were a male student given the exact same scenario. Let the girl play, so she got pissed off and pulled someones hair it happens all the time. She should have gotten a penalty during the game but the fact that we are still talking about it is ridiculous.
