The preamble CLEARLY states "...PROMOTE the general welfare..." NOT "provide". The founders made it clear that folks should be able to do things for themselves and to keep the gub'ment out of it as much as possible.
Now, if only the current idiotic administration could have that much foresight.
But, no. YOUR prez is just like a spoiled little brat, wants what he wants RIGHT NOW, and to heck with the consequences to everyone else.

Wow, really? Jelly do-nuts at 7-11? They must be paying the cops pretty good where you're at because those donuts from 7-11 (of all places) must cost an arm and a leg. Usually the cops around here are getting them from the local associated food store to save a few bucks.
