CITY OF ANGELS — Imagine you're sitting on your front porch enjoying a sunny day when all of a sudden a seemingly spontaneous parade appears on your street.

Sure, it might be a one-float parade, but it comes complete with a mariachi band playing and singing at full tilt. Honestly, how happy would you be? I personally think it would be about the most delightful experience in the history of ever.

Well, that's just what YouTube user Joe Betance implied happened in his East Los Angeles neighborhood recently. Luckily for us, he shared the video so we can all enjoy the happy and hilarious experience of a one-float parade.

In reality, it's likely the float was exiting the 69th annual East Los Angeles Mexican Independence Day Parade on Sept. 13, and it just so happened that Betance's street was a designated exit.

Even if the one-float parade wasn't as spontaneous as it appears, let's not let that take away from the fact that the video is the happiest. In fact, it would make a perfect positive prank, and I encourage anyone with the means to perpetrate such a prank to cheer up someone's day. Please send me the video if you do.
