Little Caesar's pizza vs. homemade pizza
Take-out pizza has so much sodium, saturated fat, and again calories, especially with pepperoni and cheese as the main toppings. Making pizza at home is so much healthier. Do what you can with the time you have.
Use a whole-wheat crust (can buy dough or already baked), some sauce (homemade is even better), some mozzarella cheese, and then load the top with fruits and veggies and lean meat.
Ben and Jerry's vs. banana ice cream
The overall calories and saturated fat in this ice cream is scary. Sure, it's okay to have every once in a while in small amounts. What can we make instead that's healthier?
Take a frozen banana and blend it with skim milk. This is filled with potassium, calcium, Vitamin D, and very low in calories. It's delicious and healthy.
