Firefighters surprise Dee Elementary with winter coats

OGDEN — Without a coat, it's near impossible to go outside in the winter chill, especially for kids. Firefighters made children at Dee Elementary School a little warmer this year by giving them a special gift — a jacket.

Some of the children haven't even been able to participate in recess because they lack winter coats. However, because of Operation Warm, a national charity, these second and third graders will be a little warmer this year.
