In the past five years, 55,000 elementary students have watched Intermountain Healthcare’s "8 Health Habits" musical theater, performed by Intermountain's Live Well Crew.
Filled with comical skits and characters, the show is aimed to teach children how cool it is to be healthy. The interactive assembly is free to all Utah schools. Intermountain hopes that students will take the message home and encourage their parents to implement those eight healthy habits.
The performance coincides with Intermountain's new mission statement, "helping people live the healthiest lives possible."
