MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) — Mike Scott scored 23 points, Connor Hill had 21 and Idaho knocked off Northern Colorado 83-79 on Saturday, snapping a four-game losing streak.

Scott was 7 of 11 from the floor with three 3-pointers and six assists, while Hill was 5 of 9 from beyond the arc. Idaho (8-10, 3-4 Big Sky) shot 59 percent from the floor, including 11 of 19 on 3-pointers. Bira Seck added 14 points and eight rebounds, seven on the offensive glass.

Northern Colorado (9-9, 4-3 Big Sky) was led by Tim Huskisson with 21 points and Tevin Svihovec with 14. The Bears have lost back-to-back games after winning four straight.

Idaho scored the first 14 points of the game before Northern Colorado got going and the lead reached 23 with 11:38 left. The Bears went on a 32-10 run to close to one with 20 seconds left, but the Vandals made 5 of 6 free throws to hang on.
