SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — A Utah woman who authorities identified as the pajama-wearing robber in at least six bank heists in the Salt Lake City area has been charged with robbery.

The Deseret News (http://bit.ly/2q2HH26) reports that 40-year-old Nannette Louise Perkins was charged Monday in connection with one of these robberies and could face up to 15 years in prison. Prosecutors state in charging documents that this is the first of six related heists.

Authorities say the robber did little to hide her appearance during robberies earlier this month, including five in less than two hours. She was seen on bank surveillance camera images and described wearing pajama bottoms and black prescription eyeglasses.

Officials say the robber passed notes to tellers, never showed a weapon and got cash in five of the six banks. She left one empty-handed.
