COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho (AP) — Several vehicles were burned Saturday in a brush fire along Interstate 90 in Coeur d'Alene.

The Coeur d'Alene Press (http://bit.ly/2bPwZnh ) reports that the local fire department was able to contain the fire within about 10 minutes after they arrived on the scene late Saturday morning.

Firefighter Eric Paul told the newspaper that the flames were blown east by the wind and west by passing cars. Four cars parked at a hotel and a nearby specialty recreation shop were damaged by the fire, along with several shipping crates containing jet skis and ATVs.

No one was injured in the fire. Onlookers rescued two dogs that were in the back of one of the burning cars.

The cause of the fire is still unknown.
