SALT LAKE CITY — A man who police say showed up to sell a stolen bicycle by driving a stolen car was arrested over the weekend.

A man recently discovered his stolen bicycle was being sold on KSL.com, according to Salt Lake police. The man arranged to meet the seller at 7-Eleven, 776 S. 1300 East, and then contacted police.

When the seller arrived about 6:45 p.m., police say he showed up in a stolen vehicle.

Austin Mills, 20, was questioned by Salt Lake police. Detectives investigated the incident and discovered five more stolen vehicles, Salt Lake Police Sgt. Robin Heiden said.

Mills was arrested for investigation of possession of stolen property, theft and failing to stop at the command of a law enforcer.
