We are also excited to announce the launch of our Dietitians Choice program!

Have you noticed the new green Dietitians Choice shelf tags throughout Harmons Grocery stores?

We wanted to make shopping for healthy food choices easy, so we scoured the aisles for the most nutritious products. We looked at each food category separately when determining nutrition criteria because bread, soup and yogurt, for example, will have different nutrition attributes. In general, foods that maximize whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and beans, minimize saturated fat, sodium, and sugar and do not include any high fructose corn syrup, trans fat, hydrogenated oils, MSG, or artificial sweeteners earn a Dietitians Choice tag.
