MIDVALE — Police are seeking the public's help in tracking down a masked robber.

The Unified Police Department has released the surveillance images of a robbery that happened in Midvale.

The masked man pointed a gun at a clerk in a Midvale store and demanded cash on Wednesday morning. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the man ran off.

Investigators said that before the robbery, the man stopped in a nearby 7-Eleven convenience store. The man was not wearing his mask, and surveillance photos show the man's face.

The Unified Police Department has asked anyone that recognizes the man to contact them.

More information will be posted as it becomes available.
