Chipotle Rubbed Turkey Chops
with Harmons Dietician Ashley Quadros
Ingredients:
2 turkey chops (8 ounces total)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely minced
2 tablespoons adobo sauce (or more depending on your preferred spicyness level)
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Directions:
Mix together olive oil, chipotle pepper, and adobo sauce. Rub all over both sides of the turkey chops. Sprinkle with salt. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reads 165 F.
Serve will grilled veggies, or slice turkey thinly and make tacos with corn tortillas, avocado, salsa, cabbage, cilantro and dollop of sour cream.
