Icon Homes was founded just as the building industry took its historic dive. We were never around for the "boom years" of construction. Because of that we work differently than the other building companies.
1. We don't estimate. Instead we offer each customer a Guaranteed Price for the work to be performed. The price you see at the bottom of the bid document is the price you pay. No matter the size of your project, each customer of ours gets the same Guaranteed Price.
2. Work with the owners. Icon Homes has three partners, and when you set up an appointment with us, at least two of those partners will be there to review your project, ask questions, and be there to answer all of yours.
3. We take environmental responsibility seriously. Icon Homes is E2 Certified by the City of Salt Lake, Energy Star Qualified and we are close to finishing our LEED certified office in Downtown.
