American Craftsman is a licensed and insured general contractor - construction company specializing in the remodel and complete renovation of homes and condominiums in Park City, Utah and the surrounding areas. Since we specialize in remodels we have a better understanding of what is involved in a remodel than many other general contractors - construction companies.
From the initial design to the construction of your remodel we have you taken care of. We design your home in 3D and use these files to create architectural renderings of your home remodel. We then use these files to create the construction drawings needed by the city to approve your project. These construction drawings are then use by us and our tradesman to construct your project. Using a 3D model for every aspect of the design of your remodel prevents costly mistakes.
