Howe Design and Drafting
I have been doing CAD drafting for over 10 years. Working with private home owners, Architectural Firms, and for Local Home Builders. I also work closely with a licensed Architect located in Salt Lake City and with a Structural Engineer located in Orem. Allowing me to be up-to-date with all codes. I have a system that allows me to have quick turn-turn around time with plans. Allowing me to be cost-effective and have the finished product ready for permit. My latest work was a series of Mansion Styled Condos for a project in Saratoga Springs of 300 plus units; 20 Four and Twelve Plexes in Vernal, Utah; small commercial project which involved the design of a motel, and of course designed many plans for production homes to several custom homes. My fee is $30.00 an hour for a full set of plans. Includes one-on-one with Client and a CD of your plans. NEED PLANS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY? I am also able to assist in submitting as I am familiar with the process involved and can help alleviate the hassle. This would include: * $600.00 For Engineering of Plans and Wet Stamp. The Engineer I use, takes my CAD Plans and will place his engineering directly on it, prints the completed set and Wet Stamps them, 2 for the City Submital and 1 for the Client. * $50.00 fee for processing the permit, paperwork, and travel time to the City to drop off plans.
