The toilet will need to be re-seated and sealed. The flooring and baseboards will probably only need to be cleaned/sterilized to kill any mold and then re-sealed and painted. I have the paint. I need half of my garage floor coated and painted. The area is about 12 by 24. The garage is a north facing garage and i checked it with a temp gauge and the air was about 34 degrees and the concrete was about 26 That was when the outside temp was 40. I have read into it and it would have to be heated up to above 50 degrees before epoxy can be put down and would have to remain heated for 4 days after.
