• Vouchers not redeemed by March 31st, 2012 will forfeit product and it will be donated to a local charity.

Fulfillment

If you select shipping, your item(s) will ship starting February 15th; your voucher is your receipt.
If you select will-call, your item(s) will be available for pickup starting February 15th.

All product fulfillment and shipping is being managed through PlumPeachy.com. Because of the nature of this offer, refunds are only provided within three business days of purchase and only prior to pickup or shipment of your order. Once you have taken possession of the product there will be no returns allowed. If you have opted to have the product ship, it will do so via common carrier. If the package arrives damaged and you refuse delivery, it will return back to our warehouse automatically. Upon arrival, we have the option of either sending out another package (if product is available to do so) or to offer a refund. If the carrier attempts delivery and you refuse due to buyer’s remorse and the package is returned to us unopened, you will not be reimbursed the cost of freight. Once the package is delivered (whether left on your doorstep or with someone at that address) the ability to return the item is no longer available. For that reason, please take care to have someone available to receive the package when delivered. That is why we will provide a tracking number upon request. We are not responsible for hungry bears or nosy neighbors tearing apart the package left on your doorstep. Product returns will be refused.
