I agree, my brother and his wife have their house right there. When I saw where they were building their house, the first words out of my mouth were that I would never build my house that close to a refinery. I understand most of the blame is to be placed on the developer and whoever approved the building of homes there, but couldn't the people that bought the houses see that it wasn't a good idea?
