Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated and skilled outdoorsmen who want to work with at-risk youth in a wilderness therapy setting. Shifts will be 6 to 8 days on with 6-8 days off. We pay our staff on a daily rate. We operate our programs here in Utah. Our pay rates are among the highest starting rates in the industry. The Journey has been working with youth for over 8 years and is excited to employee those who share our dedication to changing the lives of the clients and families that we serve.
Requirements
must me over 19...... 21 yrs old is preferred. Experience with at-risk youth is a bonus but not required. Outdoor experience is also required. Must be able to work 8 days on 6 days off. Must pass a utah background check and have a valid drivers license. Also must be able to hike for 8 days.

We will be taking resumes up to the 22nd of may. On the 23rd we will invite possible candidates to our office for a group interview. We want to see how applicants interact with others in a group setting. We will also be conducting personal interviews at that time. Those who pass the first interview will be invited to go out in the field so we can asses your skills and how you interact with clients. We will make the final hiring based on that trip.
