Job Description
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Represent agents during the real estate transaction working with clients, other agents, lenders, escrow officers, etc.
2. Manage time sensitive real estate files and contracts.
3. Manage rentals, including coordinating with contractors.
4. Make appointments for showings.
Requirements

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education and Experience:
a. Real Estate experience preferred
b. Bachelor's Degree preferred
c. Previous customer service experience required

2. Knowledge and Skills:
a. Detail oriented
b. Type 55 WPM
c. Proficient in Microsoft Office
d. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
e. Excellent organizational skills
f. Communicate and relate well with others
g. Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines
h. Follow written and oral procedures and instructions
i. Work well in a team setting
j. Effective interpersonal, problem-solving and decision making skills
k. Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
