Job Description
Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the Western United States, currently has an opening for a Real Estate Legal Secretary. This position requires 5 years of legal secretary experience preferably in Real Estate. Candidates must be able to type 65 wpm and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Proven advanced knowledge of Windows and Office 2010 including Word, and Outlook is required. The hours for this position are 8:45 to 5:00.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Follows up on post closing items and ensures that all the appropriate documents were received
• Composes and types routine correspondence
• Transcribes dictation
• Maintains calendars
• Responds to phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Develops and maintains smooth working relationships with staff, attorneys and clients

The successful candidate will be able to handle day-to-day work challenges and adjust to multiple demands, priorities and rapid change. This position also requires exceptional attention to detail and follow through.
