Job Description
The Business Manager manages accounting records, reports, and processes for the company through in-depth knowledge of accounting methods and close alignment with the business leadership team. Works directly for business owner.

Job Accountabilities*:

Manages accounting records for the company

Develops or revises internal accounting systems and processes

Projects future expenditures by analyzing company accounts, trends, costs, and revenues

Develops and manages budgets

Computes taxes owed and ensures appropriate compliance with state and federal tax regulations

Conducts internal reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and agency regulations

Advises on company financial policies and procedures and agency laws and regulations.

Predicts revenues and expenditures and submits reports to management

Manages the payroll process and HR duties

Administers the company’s participation in state rebate programs

Administers the company’s certified service partner program

Prepares tax documentation and rebate forms for clients

Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Experience: 7+ years of related experience

Experience in the construction industry or related fields preferred

Outstanding QuickBooks and Excel skills a must
