Job Description
Customer Contact Specialist (Need 40-50 people to start in May & June). This is not just a summer job!
SECURE is looking for individuals to contact existing policy holders to schedule appointments for insurance agents to review their coverage. This job requires a friendly personality and the ability to multitask.
Schedule for the Customer Contact Specialist is:
Monday-Friday
Shifts:
3-7:30pm
4-8:30pm
5-9:30pm
Sometimes we will work a morning Saturday shift/No Sundays

Requirements
Dependable
Friendly Personality
Great Communication Skills
Bilingual (Spanish, Polish, French, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Korean, Tagalog, etc.) a plus!
Requirements
California based Call Center expanding operations to new location in Provo in an effort to handle explosive growth. We are a call center that works for insurance companies (i.e. State Farm, Farmers, Allstate) calling their existing customers to set up an annual insurance review (insurance checkup). We also update clients info (i.e. email, and cell), and thank them for their continued business. We are basically an invisible employee for insurance agents across the US.
