Job Description
PEGUS Research, Inc. is a local medical research firm that assists medical groups in facilitating patient feedback of healthcare services, through outbound customer satisfaction surveys.
We are looking for people who are great communicators on the phone to ask patients about their recent doctor’s visits.
Best thing about working at PEGUS Research, Inc. is the flexibility of schedule.
Can take time off with only one week notice. You are able to change your schedule weekly if needed.
We recently have moved to a new facility close to tracks!
Many people are eager to give feedback about their experiences and find it rewarding speaking with you.
Responsibilities:
Call recent patients and verify that you are speaking to the correct person.
Ask them to participate in a survey about their most recent medical visit.
Record what they say verbatim.
Attend annual trainings.
Receive feedback about your call from monitors. Monitored 4 times per week.

Clear verbal and written communications skills.
Having a pleasant phone demeanor and being easy to work with is desired.
Proper grammar and spelling is very useful.
Prior experience working in the medical or healthcare industry is preferred, but not required.
Must be able to take feedback well.
Type 35 WPM
Type what respondent is saying in real time, verbatim or word for word.
Be able to work nights sometime during 3pm-9pm M-F and/or Sat. 9-5 closed Sunday
Must be able to work at least 20 hours/week.
Part time position however can work up to 40 hours when there is project demand.
