Job Description
Ability to ease the closing process and guide clients using integrity and professionalism.
Responsible for effectively and proficiently communicating with all parties in a transaction.
Review and Comply with all terms of Purchase Contracts and Closing Instructions.
Review Title Commitments to determine the curative matters that need to be cleared and advise the appropriate parties of the items needed.
Accurately prepare HUD/HUD-1 and Closing Statements in accordance with the requirements and instructions of the client and lender.
Ability to perform overtime work as necessary
Balance & Disburse the Closing File accurately and in a timely manner
Participate in Marketing Efforts by Calling on Clients with Business Development Officer and Participating in Industry Functions
Handle every closing with confidence and professionalism.
Vigilant in securing accurate solutions to potential problems.
Develop and Maintain good working relationships with customers.
Maintain current knowledge of Title Insurance & Changes in our Industry.
Maintain open communication with team members and management.

Requirements
Excellent pay! You will be on a great commission split that is much higher than industry average. You will still be a W-2 employee and we offer health insurance.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience.
Capable of multi-tasking, working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent Customer Service Skills (both written and verbal) with all clients and vendors.
Problem solving skills.
Self-motivated and a results oriented individual.
Maintain a professional and upbeat demeanor at all times.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience.
