Are you fantastic at customer service and tired of working jobs where you only make $10 to $12 per hour?
We're tired of that also!
Working with our company you will be expected to offer exceptional customer service to both our existing customers as well as new customers.
We believe that when our representatives are working with a customer, they should be able to answer any question without having to escalate anything, saving us money and allowing us to pay you more.
We do not do telemarketing or inbound calling, we work with existing customers and customers that were not satisfied and have ceased services with us. Currently 56% of americans use our products.
The hours are Swing Shift and Full Time, 1pm to 9pm Mon-Fri with occasional Sat.

Musts: (No experience necessary, we will train the right candidate, college students and recent college graduates encouraged to apply)
*You must be punctual and hard working.
*You must have a positive attitude and be able to work with a team as well as on your own.
*You must be able to adapt to our customer service strategies and be comfortable up selling.
*Be comfortable with customer face to face contact.
*Be able to pass a 10 year nationwide criminal background check.
*Be able to pass a drug screen upon being considered for the position.
*Have reliable transportation to and from the office.
