    Job Description

    Responsibilities include working as part of a retail sales team to provide best in class customer care. The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) greets the customers and assists them in maintaining their vehicle. This is a retail sales position that requires a "can do" selling spirit and the ability to work as a team to meet the store's sales goals. The CSA will be present during all peak customer traffic in order to improve the customer’s experience and assure their service is done in a timely manner. A CSA is expected to promote sales and service to customers while maintaining the excellent standards of all Dealership policies and procedures, while always being pleasant, respectful, and helpful.     • Automotive Service Advisers/Service Writers greet customers and assist them with inquiries. • Perform vehicle walk around and proper documentation of customer concerns • Facilitate the technicians in properly diagnosing and servicing the vehicle. • Consult with customer on applicable service specials. • Advisers prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request. • Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations. • Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes. • Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns can be addressed. • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled. • Spend quality time building relationship with the customer. • Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle.


    - Be a team play and work well with other to achieve goals and customer service expectations. - Provide required information to customers as they enter the store. - Offer friendly and enthusiastic answers to customer questions. - Must be able to read, write, and speak in the English language. - Follow all company policies and procedures. - Must have good people skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude. - Previous experience in a retail environment preferred but not required.
