    Job Description

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Gain an understanding of the basic duties of a Laborer Crewman: - Break and patch ties as instructed. - Assist Lead Crewman as they spray foundation by moving spray hose as needed. - Assist with installation of the following: Window Wells, Footing Drain, Drainage Mat, Insulation Board, Vapor Barriers, or any other material assigned by Production Manager to install as needed, per job basis. - Experience with Custom Floor Coating and Flashings is a Plus • Display safe work habits and correct use of all personal protective safety equipment. • Other duties may be assigned as needed.


    Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time. Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long-hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan. Language Skills - Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple English instructions.


    Physical Demands The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, climb/balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Work Environment While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

    Additional Information

    Wage = $10.00 to $12.00 hr. D.O.E with expected Overtime paying at Time and a Half.

    Full time/Seasonal employment status. (Insurance benefits are not included.)

    Monday through Friday: 7:00am with varying workload pending daily job scheduling--
