Office assistant will be responsible for assembling daily reports; performing basic secretarial duties; managing a 10-line phone system and routing calls; interacting with customers, employees and vendors.
A great, positive attitude is a must along with professional phone skills and an ability to communicate well. Must be willing and able to learn and adapt.
Applicant must know 10-key by touch, type 40 wpm, be proficient in Word and Excel. A professional appearance is required.
