Your Role As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the coordination and successful completion of all operations in our SLC office. You will recruit, train, motivate and manage the operations in this office, which provides full support for all solar sales and installations in our satellite offices.
- Ensure all work is completed and delivered on-time to all satellite offices - Hire and train new employees - Understand and track the performance of employees in the office - Facilitate peer reviews and coaching to continually develop employees and managers - Identify and realize improvement opportunities within company operations - Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with Branch - Operations to monitor key performance indicators - Responsible for the overall quality and customer experience from sale to installation - Be a catalyst for positive change
- Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven leadership and management ability - High level of organizational skills - Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques - Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations - Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including weekends and some holidays
