    Job Description

    Based in American Fork, UT BuyPD provides a wide range of products and services to individuals, entrepreneurs, investors and businesses. We are a unique, client focused real estate related organization. BuyPD is ranked one of the fastest growing companies in the state and the country. We owe this to our great clients and amazing employees. We're looking to add another amazing employee to our organization: an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant positions will be a full-time position. The pay range will be $12.00 - $14.00, depending on experience and qualifications.

    Responsibilities

    - Apply perceptive judgment and anticipate needs - Run miscellaneous errands including, but not limited to, vehicle maintenance, dry cleaning pick up/ drop off, mail pick up/ drop off, etc. - Research and make travel arrangements, book flights and hotels, arrange meals and meetings, plan recreational/ entertainment activities, etc. for executive team, both personally and professionally - Plan and supply daily meals and beverages, and restock small office fridge daily - Organize Executive’s materials, files, projects, presentations and keeping office clean and orderly throughout the day - Read, research, edit, format, copy, transmit, analyze, report and archive information - Purchase and distribute gifts, thank you notes, and related items for employees, vendors, and executive family members - Assist in compiling, producing, and analyzing reports - Coordinate with executives, staff, vendors and customers

    Qualifications

    - 1+ years assisting managers or senior executives in small to mid-sized business - Experience in executive scheduling and travel planning - Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong Internet and research skills - Strong writing skills - Articulate verbal skills - Event planning - Professional polish and poise - Ability to understand major areas of business and prioritize according to executive needs - Experience handling confidential and sensitive information - Sense of urgency - Diplomacy and discretion - Flexible availability outside standard business hours - Cleanliness and organization - Responsible and reliable - Clean driving record - Some real estate related experience preferred, but not required
