Progressive Finance is seeking energetic, team oriented, Asset Recovery Agents to fill full-time positions in our South Jordan office. Your personality, energy level and work ethic is very important to the success of the team. Comprehensive systems training will be provided upon hiring. This position has the responsibility of being persuasive, professional, and courteous while conveying a sense of urgency and seriousness with all contacts. Must have the ability to make sound decisions and work in a fast pace environment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to customers and employees in English • Spanish preferred but not required • Must know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and internet explorer • Must type 40 wpm ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: • Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills. • Manages difficult or emotional customer situations. • Responds promptly to customer needs. • Solicits customer feedback to improve service. • Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming. • Other duties as assigned
