- Learn about conversion centered design. - Testing new tactics on custom built landing pages to increase conversion rates. - Work with co-workers to create out-of-the-box design techniques. - Build out new landing pages across different industries, as well as engaging image ads. - Be part of our content marketing efforts by writing occasional blog posts. - Contribute to our own branding collateral and coolness. - Play ping pong, race RC cars, shoot Nerf guns, play Mario Kart and attend company lunches.
Skills Needed: - Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite. - Amazing communication skills and an ability to work with constructive criticism. Qualifications: - College degree is preferred (not necessary) - Great initiative and work ethic. - Self motivated and driven by results. - Capable and willing to learn new concepts and quickly apply them to work. - Creative and able to make ideas come to life. - Desire to be part of, and shape, a fun, positive and hardworking company.
